Welcome to Orelaja Writes
Available for commissions, collaborations, and creative partnerships – let’s tell stories together because stories start with a single word.

Meet Tunde Orelaja: a new writer who wields words like a master craftsman. With a lifetime of stories etched into his bones Tunde invites you to explore uncharted territories of human experience.
Drawing on inspiration from his multicultural and urban background Tunde is a creative writer, who blends comedy and psychology to craft engaging stories in poetry and scripts.
Rooted in a challenging upbringing in a predominantly white, working-class South East London neighbourhood in the 1970s, Tunde, whose family hails from Nigeria, grew up in a four sibling single parent household and went on to build a career spanning teaching, construction, and marketing. Drawing on his Nigerian heritage Tunde channels these influences into narratives that amplify the voices of the underrepresented.
Tunde is an evolving and adaptive storyteller, writer and human. He creatively challenges perspectives, transforms audience understanding and sparks curiosity.
Welcome to the realm of Tunde Orelaja. Here hidden narratives come alive.
